Delivery And Returns


All India delivery is free for purchase more than 899 INR. Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched on the same day. All other orders are dispatched on the next working day. 48 Hour service When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with a link to your tracking number included. If you are not at the delivery address and the item does not fit through the letter box, a card will be left informing you of how to collect it.

Do You Deliver To My Work Address?

We can deliver to your place of employment but we do not deliver to PO Box addresses for security purposes.

Will I Be Charged Customs And Import Charges?

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches the destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot advise you what the cost will be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

Has My Order Been Dispatched?

As soon as your order is dispatched, An email will be sent to confirm that it has been dispatched. You can request your tracking number by emailing ecom@stingclothing.in

I Have Received A Faulty Item? What do I do?

If you think the item you received is faulty, please contact our customer service team by email at customercare@stingclothing.in. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. Please include as many details as possible about the fault. Due to technical processes used, it is imperative that each individual garment's washing instructions are adhered to exactly as stated on the care label. Each garment is wash-tested thoroughly and quality-checked on each production batch prior to leaving the supplier. We cannot accept returns that have been soiled, torn or damaged due to incorrect washing.

I Have Received An Incorrect Item In My Order? What do I do?

If you have received an incorrect item in your order, please contact our customer service team at customercare@stingclothing.in. We will then advice on how to proceed with the return. Please include as many details as possible about the error.

An Item Is Missing From My Order

Regrettably mistakes can happen. Sometimes we don't send everything you've ordered at the same time, so please first of all check your packing note or dispatch emails to see if any of your items will be arriving separately. If the packing note states an item should be in your parcel but it is not, please contact our customer service team at customercare@stingclothing.in, who will try to rectify the mistake as quickly as possible.

Returns:

Our commitment to customer-satisfaction is complete with respect to any product you have ordered from us. If you (the customer) are not satisfied with any product ordered with us, we will accept any returns within two weeks, provided the following are met with:

Defects / Damages:

In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is not received in proper good order and condition, or is defective or damaged, or if the product delivered by us is not the same as per your order, the product may be sent back to us only if same is unused, and is in the same order and condition as when you received it, with its original packaging and original tags in place, for an exchange or refund, within two weeks from the date of delivery to you.

Request you to refuse delivery of any product with its outer packaging damaged or tampered with in any manner. Should you open the packaging and discover that the product is damaged or defective, kindly contact customer care.

No replacement or refund will be in order if the product is damaged whilst or after use. Should we not be able to replace the defective or damaged product, your amount will be refunded. For any product returned which was delivered to you in defective or damaged condition, the shipping charges as applicable to that item will also be refunded.

For Products That Don’t Meet Your Expectations/Liking?

Only Apparel can be taken back if the product is not to your liking or does not meet your expectation. Apparel product that fails to meet your expectation may be returned -- no questions asked, provided it is returned to us in the same good order and condition, in its original packaging with tags and labels intact, and is accompanied by its relevant invoice.

Sending Back The Product May Be Effected In The Following Ways:

Courier Service:

Our Customer Care to be contacted within 15 days of delivery with a request for exchange. The product may be arranged to be picked up from the address given for delivery through courier service and we shall process the exchange or return of the product subject to receipt of the product at our location in the same unused, good order and condition, and in its original packaging together with the invoice failing which, exchange or return may not be possible. If send-back through courier service is requested, you will be provided with a courier Airway Bill at the time of product-collection, which is to be retained for future reference.

Customer’s Cancellation:

Should you wish to cancel the Order, kindly contact our customer care. Once the cancellation notice is received by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount provided the order has not yet been processed by us. Kindly note: we will not be able to cancel any orders that have already been processed, and/or shipped out by us. Please also note that this can happen within one hour even, after you place the order, in certain cases.

Our Policy Of Cancellation:

Every effort will be made in good faith for fulfilling each and every order placed. However, there may be certain orders that we are unable to process and are constrained to cancel. The reasons for same may include limitations on quantities available for purchase, flaws or errors in the product, its pricing and/or stock information, or issues detected by our credit and fraud-avoidance department. If all or any portion of your order is cancelled, our Customer Care Team will communicate the same to you. Should your order be cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in to your Card Account.

Refunds:

The money will be refunded in the same way the payment was made. We will refund the Credit Card or Net-Banking account if the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, We will initiate the process of refunding after we have received the product. We cannot be held responsible for any delays in crediting the Cardholder's credit card account, since this falls in the Cardholder's issuing bank’s purview.
